HX710 is a precision 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with built-in temperature sensor designed for weigh scales and industrial control applications to interface effectively with a bridge sensor, based on Avia Semiconductor's patented technology. When a 5V reference voltage is attached to the VREF pin, the input low-noise amplifier (PGA) has a fixed gain of 128, equating to a full-scale differential input voltage of 20mV. The system clock is provided by an on-chip oscillator, which does not require any external components. Digital interface initialization is made easier by on-chip power-on-reset circuitry. The internal registers don't need to be programmed in any way. All of the HX710's controls are accessed via the pins.

An unipolar Hall effect sensor IC is called MH281. In order to provide precise and stable magnetic switch points, it combines cutting-edge chopper stabilisation technology. Solid state switch applications have optimised the design, specs, and performance.  When there is a sufficiently enough South pole magnetic field directed towards the package's indicated side, the output transistor will turn on (BOP). Similar to how it will turn off (BRP) in the presence of a weaker South field and stay off in the presence of a "0" field.  It was confirmed by a third party organisation that the package type is in a Halogen Free version. The XTR115 and XTR116 (XTR11x) are precision current output converters designed to transmit analog 4-mA-to-20-mA signals over an industry standard current loop. These devices provide accurate current scaling and output current limit functions. The on-chip voltage regulator (5 V) can be used to power external circuitry. A precision on-chip VREF (2.5 V for the XTR115 and 4.096 V for the XTR116) can be used for offsetting or to excite transducers. A current return pin (IRET) senses any current used in external circuitry to provide an accurate control of the output current.

The Linear Active Thermistor IC does not need an extra signal-conditioning circuit, unlike resistive sensors like thermistors. Therefore, using a sensor made from these inexpensive components will save the overhead associated with developing biasing circuits for thermistor solutions. A microcontroller's ADC input can be directly linked to the Voltage Output pin (VOUT).
