The A3938 is a three-phase, brushless DC motor controller. It has a high-current gate drive capability that allows driving of a wide range of power MOSFETs and can support motor supply voltages to 50 V. The A3938 integrates a bootstrapped high-side driver to minimize the external component count required to drive N-channel MOSFET drivers.

For use in digital power metres and energy measurement applications, the CS5467 IC was created specifically for the needs of the Japanese market. It is an integrated power measuring device that incorporates a single integrated circuit with three Delta Sigma analog-to-digital converters, a power calculation engine, an energy-to-frequency converter, and a serial interface. For high-performance power measuring applications, it precisely measures instantaneous current and voltage and computes VRMS, IRMS, instantaneous power, and average power (active/reactive/apparent). The CS5467 also contains two voltage channels and two current channels for two-phase measurements that may be made simultaneously. In network metres and commercial three-phase metering applications, this design is widely used.
