The HTC TJ7660 is a monolithic CMOS power distribution circuit that outperforms previously available devices in terms of performance. The TJ7660 converts supply voltages from positive to negative for input voltages ranging from +1.5V to +10.0V, yielding corresponding output voltages ranging from -1.5V to -10.0V. For the charge pump and charge reservoir functions, just two noncritical external capacitors are required.
