A better 800V MOSFET version of the ICE3BRxx65J (CoolSET® -F3R 650V) in a DIP-7 packaging is the ICE3AR0680JZ (CoolSET® -F3R80). The PWM controller has some new and improved functionality over the F3R 650V platform. In particular, it is a device that operates at 100 kHz, incorporates brownout protection, installs an 800 V CoolMOS® with a starter cell, and is housed in a DIP-7 container. It is intended for low power SMPS with higher MOSFET voltage margin requirements, such as those found in set top boxes, off-line battery adapters, DVD R/W, DVD Combi, Blue ray, and servers as well as auxiliary power supplies for PCs and servers.

These TTL hex inverter buffers/drivers are characterised for usage as inverter buffers for driving TTL inputs and have high-voltage open-collector outputs for interfacing with high-level circuits (like MOS) or for driving high-current loads (like lights or relays). The minimum breakdown voltages for the SN5406 and SN7406 are 30 V. The minimum breakdown voltages for the SN5416 and SN7416 are 15 V. For the SN5406 and SN5416, the maximum sink current is 30 mA, while for the SN7406 and SN7416, it is 40 mA.
