The AD532 is the first pretrimmed, single chip, monolithic multiplier/divider. It guarantees a maximum multiplying error of ±1.0% and a ±10 V output voltage without the need for any external trimming resistors or output op amp. Because the AD532 is internally trimmed, its simplicity of use provides design engineers with an attractive alternative to modular multipliers, and its monolithic construction provides significant advantages in size, reliability, and economy. Further, the AD532 can be a direct replacement for other IC multipliers that require external trim networks. 

The AD536A is an entirely integrated monolithic circuit that carries out full rms-to-dc conversion. It provides performance on par with or better than hybrid or modular systems that cost substantially more. Any complicated input waveform with ac and dc components can have the real rms value computed directly by the AD536A. At crest factors up to seven, a crest factor compensating technique permits measurements with a 1% inaccuracy. For signal levels larger than 100 mV, the device's broad bandwidth allows measurements to be made at 300 kHz with less than 3 dB of error.

The A3979 is a complete microstepping motor driver with built-in translator, designed as a pin-compatible replacement for the successful A3977, with enhanced microstepping (1/16 step) precision. It is designed to operate bipolar stepper motors in full-, half-, quarter-, and sixteenth-step modes, with an output drive capacity of up to 35 V and ±2.5 A. The A3979 includes a fixed off-time current regulator that has the ability to operate in Slow, Fast, or Mixed decay modes. This current-decay control scheme results in reduced audible motor noise, increased step accuracy, and reduced power dissipation.

The AD620ANZ is a precision instrumentation amplifier IC manufactured by Analog Devices that’s widely used for low-noise, high-accuracy signal conditioning in analog measurement systems. It belongs to the popular AD620 family, known for offering excellent performance with minimal external components. The key feature of this amplifier is that its gain is set by a single external resistor, allowing easy configuration across a wide gain range from 1 to 10,000 depending on application requirements.

Designed for versatility, the AD620ANZ operates over a wide supply voltage range — typically from ±2.3 V up to ±18 V in dual-supply mode and single-supply operation from about 4.6 V to 36 V — making it suitable for both low-power portable electronics and more demanding industrial systems. Despite its high performance, it draws a modest supply current (around 1.3 mA max), which is advantageous for battery-powered applications.

In terms of electrical performance, the AD620ANZ offers very low input offset voltage, typically in the tens of microvolts, and low input bias current, resulting in precise measurement of small differential signals. Its common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) is high, often exceeding 100 dB, which helps suppress noise and interference that are common to both inputs. The bandwidth is about 1 MHz with a typical slew rate around 1.2 V/µs, providing good performance for dynamic and slow-changing signals alike.

The AD620ANZ is supplied in an 8-pin DIP package, which makes it easy to prototype with or integrate into through-hole designs. Common applications include precision data acquisition, medical instrumentation (like ECG amplifiers), industrial process control, strain gauge measurement, and transducer interfaces. Its combination of high accuracy, low noise, and simple gain set-up makes it a staple choice for engineers working with low-level analog signals.
