The Toshiba TLP291-4 consists of phototransistors optically coupled to an infrared LED. The TLP291-4 Photocoupler is housed in the very small and thin SO16 package. Since the TLP291-4 is guaranteed over a wide operating temperature range (T a = -55 to 110 ), it is suitable for high-density surface mount applications such as programmable controllers. 

TLP292 is a high isolation and a low AC input type photocoupler that consists of phototransistor optically coupled to two antiparallel infrared LEDs in a SO4 package. Since TLP292 is guaranteed high isolation voltage (3750 Vrms) and wide operating temperature (T a = -55 to 125 ), it is suitable for high density surface mounting applications such as small type switching power supplies and programmable controllers. 

TLP293-4 consists of phototransistors optically coupled to infrared emitting diodes. TLP293-4 photocoupler is housed in the very small and thin SO16 package. Since the TLP293-4 is guaranteed wide operating temperature range (Ta=- 55 to 125 ˚C), and high isolation voltage (3750 Vrms), it is suitable for highdensity surface mount applications such as programmable controller

The TOSHIBA TLP627,-2 and -4 consist of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a Darlington connected phototransistor which has an integral base-emitter resistor to optimize switching speed and elevated temperature characteristics. The TLP627-2 offers two isolated channels in a eight lead plastic DIP, while the TLP627-4 provide four isolated channels per package

The TLP250H is a photocoupler in a DIP8 package that consists of a GaA   As infrared light-emitting diode (LED) optically coupled to an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC chip. It provides guaranteed performance and specifications at temperatures up to 125  The TLP250H has an internal Faraday shield that provides a guaranteed Common-mode transient immunity of ±40 kV/ µs. It has a totem-pole output that can both sink and source current. The TLP250H is ideal for IGBT and power MOSFET gate drive.

A high-output infrared emitting diode and a high-speed detector make up the TOSHIBA TLP719 device. It is a 6-lead SDIP device. The TLP719 satisfies the criteria of the reinforced insulation class of international safety standards while being 50% smaller than an 8-pin DIP. As a result, mounting space for equipment needing safety standard certification can be decreased. To effectively offer common mode noise transient immunity, the photodetector chip of the TLP719 has a Faraday shield incorporated into it. As a result, using this product in loud environments is appropriate.
