Digital Isolators 3.75 kV 4 forward & 2 reverse 6-channel isolator is Silicon Lab's ultra-low-power digital isolators are CMOS devices that outperform previous isolation methods in terms of data rate, propagation delay, power, size, reliability, and external BOM. For ease of design and very consistent performance, the operating parameters of these devices stay constant over large temperature ranges and throughout device service life. For high noise immunity, all device variants feature Schmitt trigger inputs and simply require VDD bypass capacitors.
